Hi, I’m Lesha. I’m a brand director — though, more accurately, a "director of vibe." For the past four years, I’ve been working on developing the Dynamo FC brand. I’ve been proving that football is more than free kicks and penalties — it’s a part of contemporary culture. That a football club’s brand can be open, relevant, and human.

In my work, I strive to bring bold and ambitious ideas to life, uniting talented professionals and building connections with new industries.

My areas of expertise include: fashion, retail, visual content (including AI), CSR and community work, as well as marketing research.

I believe that every "vibe" should serve commercial goals — and that Zoomers and Millennials aren’t so different after all.
